I don't know about boycott, but I am focusing my attention in another direction today as well. 5-8-77 is in my regular rotation, so no need to listen today.

I instead opted for the Glassberg AUD of 5-8-81 Nassau.
Nothing stellar, but a nice show. 1st set features a nice Straw to open and very fine version of Big river. 2nd set has an interesting take on Shakedown to open. Tempo seems kinda laid back and jazzy. GD as a lounge act sorta feel to it. Different but good!!
Nice recording also. As is usually the case with most Glassberg's IMO.

Yeah 5-8-81 and I believe 5-1-81 are regular in my CD stack - the 5-1 is not a glassberg but very good just the same

I'm with you on this pick Finster. Just about any show from May 81 is at worst very strong, with Barton Hall just around the corner.
